Zelda: TOTK – 10 Paraglider Fabrics That Are Simply Not Worth It

In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, there are over 50 ⁤different paraglider fabrics for ‌Link to choose from, and while unlocking them all might be tempting,‌ there are several not even worth the effort. For every incredible⁤ paraglider design, there is an equally awful one. More than‍ that, some of the‌ interesting designs available⁣ have extremely time-consuming tasks attached to unlocking them that just aren’t worth the effort‍ even for a better design.

Excluding the paraglider fabrics⁢ that are unlocked through Zelda Amiibos, all the other paraglider‌ fabrics must be unlocked by completing some task or side quest. ⁣While some of ⁤these are rather straightforward, such as going to ⁤a specific location or interacting with someone specific, others require extremely laborious tasks that Link isn’t likely to accomplish without several hours of work. Then‍ in‌ some cases where Link might be willing to put in the work, the fabric received‍ is simply just disappointing.

The ⁤Gerudo Fabric might seem like one that players will‌ be after as the design isn’t that bad, and the Gerudo are very relevant to the story in Tears of the Kingdom. However, the method for obtaining it is a little ridiculous. To obtain the Gerudo Fabric, Link must complete the Desert Race in ⁣the Gerudo region of‌ Hyrule, but not only must ⁣he simply complete the race, ⁢he ⁤has to break ‍a specified record. ‌For all that work, it just doesn’t seem like a good reward, as it’s unlikely that this paraglider fabric will even get used, especially when there are‌ better Gerudo design options.

The ‍Stalnox Fabric is probably one ⁤of the most disappointing fabrics in Zelda: TOTK. It gets points for being fairly easy to‌ obtain, as Link only needs to snap a picture of‍ one, but it is the most basic design available. It is mostly ⁣a⁣ charcoal color with a ‍slightly off-white design of a Stalnox featured in one corner of it. Though the Stalnox in Tears of the Kingdom ⁤is a pretty fascinating enemy with great monster part drops,‌ it’s just not an ⁣interesting creature design-wise, and this paraglider‌ fabric reflects that.

The Lynel Fabric is another one that Link can unlock by snapping a picture with the Purah Pad. Unfortunately, the Lynel is one of ⁣the deadlier enemies that Link will encounter⁤ in the wild, so this is one of the more difficult images to grab without accidentally provoking‍ the creature. Not only that, the design isn’t particularly imaginative either, featuring two‍ Lynels ⁤posed on the fabric. In terms of creature fabrics, the one ⁢that features a Gleeok ⁤from Tears of the Kingdom is a much better option.
