TikTok is encouraging iOS users to “Try recharging on tiktok.com to avoid in-app service fees” in order to save money on their purchases.
Photos shared by David Tesler show that TikTok users can save up to 25 percent on coin purchases by using alternative payment methods like Apple Pay, PayPal, or credit/debit cards. It’s unclear why only certain users have access to this feature, but one theory suggests it may be based on past purchasing behavior.
