Secondly, ⁢I realized that working from my home office allowed me to be more productive ‍and efficient.

It turned ⁤out that my decision was the right one then and continues to be so now.

The onset of COVID-19 demonstrated that many individuals‌ could excel while working remotely rather than being confined to a⁤ traditional office setting.

In his communication, Jassy emphasized the benefits of ⁤in-office work⁢ such as improved teamwork and innovation. However, from my experience, it often fosters favoritism among certain groups ⁣and⁤ stifles individual contributions‍ from‌ introverts ⁤or minority members.
