The story will lead the party from the traditional setting of the Forgotten Realms to other worlds such as Eberron, Dragonlance, Planescape, and Greyhawk as they attempt to track down the terrifying Vecna.
Featuring one of the most iconic DnD villains in his own adventure campaign during the 50th anniversary year is a brilliant move. Thanks to Stranger Things featuring Vecna, the nefarious lich is more well known than ever, and this Plane-hopping adventure can serve as the perfect gateway to other DnD settings for newer players. As the Whispered One attempts to bend the multiverse to his will and destroy existence, it will be up to the party to team up with legendary heroes to stop him in Vecna: Eve of Ruin.
