As the Apple Watch approaches its 10th anniversary, exciting new features are on the horizon for loyal users. Bloomberg has revealed that the upcoming Series of the smartwatch will boast larger displays and a thinner design, providing a sleeker look and feel.
Despite the changes in dimensions, the overall design remains consistent with previous models. Users can expect bigger screens on both the N217 and N218 versions of the Series 10. Additionally, the Series 10 will offer a screen size similar to the Apple Watch Ultra, although the latter will not undergo a major design overhaul.
In addition to the physical changes, significant improvements to the system are expected, including new chips in both the Series 10 and Ultra 3 models. These chips pave the way for potential AI integration in the future, although Apple Intelligence will not be available on the Apple Watch at this time.
It remains uncertain whether the upcoming smartwatches will be branded as anniversary models or if users will have to wait until 2025 for a more significant release. The company is reportedly facing challenges with health sensor updates, particularly with the reliability of the blood pressure monitor.
