Larian Studios is not currently developing a full-fledged DLC for Baldur’s Gate 3, but they are working on adding more evil endings to the game. Sven Vincke, the company’s founder, described these new endings as “truly evil” in an interview with IGN.
Vincke mentioned that while the additional campaign endings may not bring massive changes in content, the team is focused on incorporating feedback from fans, particularly those who enjoy playing as villainous characters in Baldur’s Gate 3.
“They are working on evil endings right now. I’ve seen some of them. They are truly evil. So evil players will be pleased.”
Baldur’s Gate 3 offers players the opportunity to embody their ideal Dungeons & Dragons character, even if it means embracing a darker persona. From comically kicking squirrels to creatively killing and even torturing characters, players can engage in a range of evil deeds throughout the game.
The addition of evil endings is likely to satisfy the more nefarious players of Baldur’s Gate 3. However, Vincke noted that after delivering previously promised features, future updates will be less substantial, with the focus shifting to bug fixes as the team begins work on new projects.
