According to the show creators:
- Both the fourth and fifth seasons will be filmed simultaneously.

Notably, Henry Cavill has departed from the series post the third season. Liam Hemsworth will now step into the role of Geralt, with Laurence Fishburne joining as Regis in The Witcher.
