According to the developers of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, the game will aim to balance humor and heart while respectfully portraying the darker tones of Peter Parker when he wears his Venom symbiote suit.
During Sony’s PlayStation Showcase, viewers were treated to over 12 minutes of new gameplay footage featuring Peter Parker and Miles Morales in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. The upcoming PlayStation 5-exclusive action game appears to offer a similar mix of web-slinging traversal, kinetic fight scenes, and palatable humor as its predecessor, but with the added bonus of Parker being quite aggressive while wearing his new Venom symbiote suit.
