Lords of the Fallen was released just a few hours ago and in this short time it managed to receive a lot of negative reviews from players on Steam. The new game from Hexworks studio in the style of dark fantasy has been widely criticized for its poor performance (many claim that it is poorly optimized), bugs, inability to launch the game, and in some cases, for the game crashing spontaneously.
At the time of writing this news, Lords of the Fallen has a total of 2858 user reviews on Steam, with 1396 of them being positive and 1462 being negative.
However, such a cold reception from players has not had a strong impact on the game’s online player base. Currently, approximately 39,000 people are playing Lords of the Fallen, which is quite acceptable for a single-player game.
In addition to technical problems with the PC version of the game, issues have also arisen on Xbox, so the developers have announced that they are already working on a patch that should bring the game in line with other platforms.
It remains only to speculate whether the developers of Lords of the Fallen will be able to fix all the technical issues of the game.
