Boss From Software Hidetaka Miyadzaki expressed his joy at the overwhelming fan demand for a Bloodborne remake.
For years, fans have been urging the studio to revisit the highly acclaimed action-RPG, originally released for the PS4 in 2015 and created by Miyadzaki and published by Sony.
In an interview with Eurogamer, Miyadzaki, known for directing Demon’s Souls, Dark Souls, and the recent Elden Ring, acknowledged the game’s significance to both the studio and its fans. He stated, “We hold this game in high regard, as do our fans. I am very pleased to see that so many people are still passionate about it.”
While Miyadzaki refrained from directly addressing the possibility of a Bloodborne remake, he expressed his happiness at the continued enthusiasm from fans for the game.
Put simply, I am delighted to see that this game holds a special place in the hearts of many, including myself and the team who worked on it. Witnessing the passionate voices within the community brings us immense joy and gratitude for the opportunity and memories we have.
