Warner Bros. Games and developer NetherRealm Studios have released a trailer for “The Outcasts” for Mortal Kombat 1, confirming that Reptile, Ashrah, and Havik are playable fighters, and Sareena is a cameo fighter.
All three characters, each from different realms, are featured in the new trailer called “The Outcasts,” which provides a first look at the gameplay and story elements. Reptile, also known as Sizot, is a reptilian slave and shapeshifter from the outskirts of the Outerworld, capable of spewing a strong acid-like substance at enemies. Ashrah is a demon from the Netherrealm who has turned away from her evil ideology and now fights with the enchanted Kris dagger in search of redemption. And Havik is an anarchist rebel from the oppressive realm of Chaosrealm, seeking to overthrow the regime of his world using a unique limb-shattering fighting style.
Mortal Kombat 1 will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch, and PC on Steam and the Epic Games Store on September 19.
