– 3rd place (over $230,000) – Tundra Esports
And so on…
Valve also unveiled a new hero for Dota 2 during the tournament – Kez the feathered samurai leading the order of Kazuraev. This non-flying warrior bird is set to make waves in the game with his intriguing backstory tied to events from “The Fallen Crown.”
Kez is expected to debut alongside Chapter Four of “The Fallen Crown,” with speculations pointing towards a release date around September 24th.
In addition to Kez’s introduction into Dota 2 lore, Valve recently introduced Ringmaster as another new hero after much anticipation from fans over nearly a year.
