Moder Antonix35 has released a mandatory mod for Fallout 4, which eliminates the annoying long game loading time. According to the modders, this was achieved by accelerating slow locations in the game’s code, which were slowing down other loading streams.
This F4SE plugin also reduces the time when moving between locations using the elevator. It also reduces the loading time when revisiting recently visited places. Additionally, it speeds up the transition animation to and from the loading screen, allows players to choose loading screens, and fixes in-game vertical synchronization for high refresh rate monitors.

It is also worth noting that Antonix35 previously released a mod that solved stuttering issues during sprinting/running in the game. This mod for Fallout 4 removed the game’s speed limit of 500 from memory, which caused unpleasant jerking/stuttering when running on uneven surfaces.
