The Microsoft company has achieved two significant victories in the battle for Activision Blizzard. The lengthy legal process against the FTC has concluded, with Judge Corley ruling in favor of Microsoft.

In addition, the CMA has agreed to resume negotiations with Microsoft, and rumors suggest they may have already reached an agreement. Although many claim that the deal is against consumers, Judge Corley seems to disagree.

According to her statement, the deal may harm Sony but will benefit Call of Duty fans and gamers.
