End of the Year Marks Bobby Kotick’s Departure as CEO of Activision Blizzard


Microsoft has completed the acquisition of Activision Blizzard, resulting in the departure of Activision Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick and ​other high-ranking executives. Kotick will ‌continue in his position until the end of 2023,⁢ reporting to Microsoft Gaming ​CEO Phil Spencer ⁢for a smooth transition.
