Just three days ago, Alkimia Interactive and THQ Nordic unveiled the tenth monster concept art from the Gothic Remake, featuring a fire demon. Now, CD-Action Magazine has released 4 new screenshots, giving fans another glimpse into the highly anticipated game.
The first screenshot showcases Gomez, the leader of the Old Camp, looking remarkably impressive.
The second screenshot captures goblins gathered around a small camp, providing an intriguing comparison to the concept art of these creatures. This offers insight into how other monsters from the art may appear in the game, including the fire demon, fire lizard, mud snake, mage skeleton, harpy, mole slime, bloodsucker, creeper, stalker, and goblin.
The remaining two screenshots depict the gates near the exchange point, guarded by Orr, and the dungeon of the castle in the Old Camp.
While the release date for Gothic Remake is set for 2024, the lack of gameplay footage and the early stage of development shown in the screenshots raise some doubts. The game is being developed for PC, PS5, and XSX/S.
