Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra has unveiled a new trailer and release window. The game, led by Uncharted and Legacy of Kain writer and director Amy Hennig, was initially announced by Skydance New Media during the Disney & Marvel Games Showcase on September 9, 2022.
The latest cinematic story trailer, available on the official Marvel Entertainment YouTube channel, showcases Captain America and Black Panther in action in Occupied Paris during World War 2. The game is set to be released in 2025 and is powered by Unreal Engine 5.4 and MetaHuman animator tools.
The trailer highlights the conflict between Captain America and Black Panther as they work towards a common goal of taking down Hydra. It also introduces some of their allies, including Gabriel Jones, Nanali, and Julie, as well as Howard Stark, the father of Iron Man.
