Both are exceptional machines, but they may not have the same level of excitement as the M2 Airs did when they were first released in 2022. The M2 brought a new industrial design and significantly improved internals, while the M3 is more of an incremental update. It’s similar to the iPhone S-years, where a major redesign (like the iPhone 4) was followed by a more refined model (the 4S) the next year.
As a result, reviewing the M3 involves identifying the small differences, such as faster Wi-Fi (6E), a brighter display, and quicker processing speed.
