NVIDIA has just launched the latest version of the GeForce Game Ready software, version 551.52 WHQL. This release is specifically optimized for Skull and Bones, addressing various game-related issues such as periodic micro-stutters with vertical sync enabled, stuttering problems in Red Dead Redemption 2 on certain Advanced Optimus laptops, and stability issues in Immortals of Aveum during extended gaming sessions. Additionally, non-game-related issues like hangs in specific web browsers on certain system configurations have also been fixed.
Issues that have been fixed:
- Periodic micro-stutters in games with vertical sync enabled [4445940]
- Freezing in Red Dead Redemption 2 on certain Advanced Optimus laptops [4425987]
- Stability issues in Immortals of Aveum during extended gameplay [4415277]
- Possible hangs when scrolling in web browsers on specific system configurations [4362307]
Known issues:
- Video display issues when using Edge browser with Netflix. It is recommended to use the Windows Netflix app as a workaround [4388454]
