A recent discovery in Baldur’s Gate 3 has unveiled a hidden love story expressed through a secret letter. Larian Studios’ award-winning RPG has been praised for its immersive world, compelling storytelling, and the freedom to make narrative and gameplay choices, as well as multiple endings for both the main campaign and side stories. The game’s characters and their individual stories are also noteworthy.
Players can develop romantic relationships with characters in the game, and there are other notable couples and potential romances in the world of Faerûn. A love letter dedicated to Minthara was found in the Goblin Camp, hinting at an unreciprocated love. The letter, believed to belong to Klagga, expresses his affection for Minthara, a drow character in Baldur’s Gate 3.
In addition to the Love Letter Notes, Klagga is also the author of a letter addressed to Minthara, confirming his romantic interest in her. The letter describes Klagga’s admiration for Minthara and his desire to make himself known to her, signed off by identifying himself as the goblin “with the stumpy leg and the gammy eye” in Baldur’s Gate 3.
