Steam’s Suicide Squad Player Base Plummets by 85% in Record Time

Despite ‌the high hopes set by the Batman Arkham trilogy from Rocksteady Studios, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League fails to meet⁢ the standards of its predecessors⁢ in the⁢ same universe.

Following its⁢ release, the game became Rocksteady Studios’ lowest-rated⁤ release and only had 7,000 players in early access.⁤ Although⁢ the player⁤ count increased slightly after the full release, the game is already losing players.

Just two weeks after its⁤ release, Suicide Squad: Kill the ⁢Justice League saw an 85% drop‍ in⁢ its ⁢player base.

Currently, the game has just over a thousand active players, with a ‍peak of around 2,000⁢ simultaneous players⁢ in the last ⁤24 hours, as indicated in the⁤ information above.

At its launch, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League reached approximately 13,500 players, ‍but it has ⁢since lost most of its player base.

Meanwhile, recent‍ releases like Helldivers 2 are breaking⁢ records, while Rocksteady Studios’ live ‌service project is struggling to retain its remaining players.

If this trend continues, ‌the developers may have little reason to continue supporting the game. Despite an extensive roadmap planned for after the launch, support may be discontinued in the worst-case scenario.

While these data only consider Steam⁤ players, ‍a ‍similar trend is likely on consoles as well.
