Sony’s latest A7C series cameras provide top-notch features at a more affordable price


Sony has recently introduced two ​lower-cost versions of its small⁤ form-factor full-frame A7C series cameras, similar to what it did with the ZV-E1 vlogging camera. The‍ new models are the A7C II, which ⁣has⁢ a 33-megapixel​ resolution and is based on the A7 IV,⁢ and ‌the A7C R,‌ a mini-me version of the A7R V​ with a 61-megapixel resolution. These models are⁣ almost as powerful as their larger counterparts and come with important ergonomic updates, although they lack some features that ‌professionals⁣ may consider essential.

Let’s start with the ​A7C R,⁤ as it is⁤ a completely new model. It features a softer and grippier material, along with a deeper ⁤handle.
