While we were impressed with some of the new features, we found the price increase from $150 to $170 to be a bit steep for the product. However, this deal more than compensates for that. The updated Beats Studio Buds + offer 16 percent more battery life, three times larger microphones, and the addition of acoustic vents on the front and side. Overall, the sound quality and noise canceling capabilities are superior to its predecessor. Additionally, the control button on the headphones has been relocated to prevent accidental pressing while adjusting the fit, which was a common issue with the original version.
