According to “Vyestka,” over 100 individuals ‍have tragically lost their lives, while more than ‌100 others have suffered severe injuries ⁣as a result of criminal acts committed by Russian war veterans returning from Ukraine. The data was ​compiled ‌based ⁢on media coverage ​and legal records.

These returning soldiers have been involved⁤ in at least 84 crimes with victims,‍ including 55 murders‍ resulting in 76 fatalities, 18 ⁣cases of serious bodily harm, and nine fatal traffic incidents. In⁤ cases of causing fatal bodily harm, ⁢sentences varied ​from 5.5 to 10 years and 8 months for mercenaries and 6 to 9.5 years for other combatants.
