As with most of the best gaming chairs, the basic assembly was fairly easy, the seat of the chair came all put together as well as the bottom mechanics. All that was required was back assembly, and connecting in the bottom systems with the seat of the chair. During the initial setup, there was a manufacturing error in the aluminum base which had a small crack in it, this caused one spoke of the base to snap when first sat in, rendering the chair unusable. Contacting E-WIN’s customer service was easy however and a brand-new base and wheels were sent over within only a few days.
