The best way to get there is to teleport to the Waypoint in Marcotte Station and follow the road past a functional fountain until you reach a small pool of water that is not working in Genshin Impact. Similarly, you can teleport to the Fountain of Lucine Waypoint and make your way back toward Marcotte Station until you find the broken fountain. By stepping in the water and interacting with the nozzle, you will initiate the quest that will see it repaired.
After interacting with the broken fountain and starting “The Fountain Flows Again”, you will be approached by an NPC called Remaudiere, who will talk briefly about the fountain and a little bit more about his endeavors as a magician. Remaudiere will then direct you to speak with Edel, who is standing nearby, further down the road toward the Fountain of Lucine. This is when he will explain the necessary steps to fix to broken fountain in Genshin Impact. After agreeing to help him, you will need to meet him in the Court of Fontaine.
Edel will be waiting for you at the blacksmith station run by Estelle. You will need to talk to them, and she will inform both you and Edel that she needs 3x Iron Chunk to reform the broken fountain on the path to the Fountain of Lucine in Genshin Impact. This is a very easily collected resource all across Teyvat, so you should have it abundantly in your inventory.
