Looking for a great friend and skillful teammate in Honkai: Star Rail? Look no further than Belobog’s Intelligence Officer Pela, who excels at finding the enemy’s weaknesses. As a member of the Nihility Path, Pela is a sub-damage dealer who can also debuff opponents, making her particularly useful in situations where an elite enemy will buff themselves before landing a large attack. Her Energy Gauge charges quickly, allowing her Ultimate to hit enemies more often.
In a team, Pela can shred the defenses of enemies, reducing their resistance to Freeze and Ice Elemental moves and making her key to a mono-Ice Element team. She doesn’t require many skill points, and her high Energy Regeneration rate means she will continuously debuff enemies during the battle if paired with the right characters. Using Pela on any team is a smart choice, as she is one of the best support characters in Honkai: Star Rail.
As for the main DPS of the team, it depends on what the team is up against. Dan Heng with Wind Elemental attacks, Serval with Lightning Elemental attacks, or Herta with more Ice Elemental attacks could all be good choices. A healer is also necessary to give Pela and allies more survivability, and Natasha’s best character builds are ideal for this.
If you want to use Pela regularly in Star Rail, consider using her on a team with a character that deals the most damage per second. Seele, Jing Yuan, and Clara can all benefit from Pela’s Skills and Ultimate by having her shred their enemy’s defenses so that they can get through. Pela does not take up many Skill points, so the player should only use her Skill when she can safely debuff or lower defense before Seele, Jing Yuan, or Clara do damage.
Additionally, with any hyper carry team, a healer and redirection are always helpful to make them get the best damage output. Natasha, Bailu, Bronya, or Trailblazer (Fire) are all S-Tier characters for this team.
