Software engineer Miana Windall has approximately 25 implants beneath her skin, ranging from magnets to RFID tech. Although this may be unsettling for those who are squeamish, Windall stated that “for the most part, they’re not really noticeable” during her discussion at the DEF CON security conference. She shared her interest in the implants and her experience programming them for personal use, such as scanning into her former office building.
