Over 44,000 individuals have submitted applications for the “Time of Heroes” personnel program for Ukrainian war participants initiated by Vladimir Putin. The majority of applicants fall within the 30 to 40 age group, comprising nearly half of the total. Another 30% belong to the 40 to 50 age bracket, as per the details shared on the program’s official website.
Between April 13 and 15, candidates will undergo online assessments in their personal accounts to evaluate their leadership abilities. The outcome will be disclosed by June 2024. Successful candidates will be eligible for in-person training sessions at the Moscow School of Management “Senesh,” following the curriculum of the Higher School of Public Administration at RANEPA. Participants who faced challenges during the online tests will have the opportunity to earn assessment points at RANEPA branches in person.
The program emphasizes continuous learning, with high-performing groups receiving ongoing training. Maria Blokhina, the designated contact person, confirmed that there are no immediate plans for a new intake of participants. The program’s instructors and study topics are yet to be finalized. A video featuring RANEPA’s rector, Alexey Komissarov, assures participants of education aligned with the Presidential Academy’s best practices.
