Amazon Prime Video’s guaranteed Fallout series flashback has caused a surge in sales of old Bethesda games recently. GameSpot reports that physical copies of Fallout 4 are almost sold out in major US retail stores, leaving players with only used or digital options.
For instance, at GameStop in the US, a used copy of Fallout 4 for Xbox One is priced at $9.99, while for PS4 it’s €14.99. On Amazon.com, new PS4 copies are out of stock, with Xbox One copies available from third-party sellers for just $21.50, with delivery estimated between May 14 and May 16. Walmart is also facing shortages, with the PS4 version unavailable and the Xbox version selling for over $25 from third-party sellers.
