Belgorod is now seeing advertisements for protective gear designed for civilians, including children. Recently, a photo of a billboard belonging to the company “TK-Zhizn” was shared on the Telegram channel “Apoliticalness is killing”, quickly gaining traction on various media platforms and social networks.
Offered on the company’s website are three models of children’s bulletproof vests priced between 30,000 and 35,000 rubles, along with an adult model priced at up to 41,000 rubles. These vests are claimed to provide protection against pistol bullets, fragments, and other harmful elements. Each model comes with a voluntary certification certificate from OOO “Testing Center ”Kontrol”. Records from the Contour.Focus database show that the testing center was established in September 2023.
Furthermore, the website features testimonials from satisfied customers, some of which are written in a unique blend of Ukrainian and Russian languages:
