Following a school massacre that claimed 9 lives, 8 individuals killed in Serbia shooting incident.

Serbian media reports that eight people were killed and 13 others were wounded in a mass shooting near Belgrade, Serbia, on Thursday. The police are searching for a 21-year-old male suspect and have issued a warrant for his arrest. The shooting occurred at 11 p.m. local time, and the gunman used an automatic weapon from a moving vehicle near Mladenovac, a town south of the capital. Serbia’s Interior Ministry has called the shooting “a terrorist act.”

The shooting came just one day after a seventh-grade student fatally shot eight children and a security guard at his school in Belgrade. The Serbian police reported several other incidents involving children with weapons or plans for attacks on Thursday. Serbia has historically had a high level of gun ownership compared with other countries, but has not had high levels of gun violence. However, the country has seen several mass shootings in recent years.

This is a developing story and will be updated.
