‘An embarrassing moment’ at
In November, Nic Robertson from CNN International embedded himself with the Israeli army to tour Gaza’s devastated al-Rantisi Children’s Hospital.
During this visit, military spokesperson Daniel Hagari claimed they had evidence showing Hamas using the hospital as a cover for holding Israeli captives. He presented Robertson with what he claimed was a list of Hamas members guarding these captives written in Arabic on a wall inside the hospital.
