The unofficial PC port of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is now in a great state, with only a few visual glitches and graphics bugs remaining. Players can enjoy the full game experience from start to finish, including the “New Game+” mode.
Interestingly, the PS5 version currently lacks a “New Game+” mode, with plans to add it in March 2024. This means that PC gamers have access to features not yet available in the official PS5 version.
Check out the latest V10 build video at the end of this article to see the progress of the PC port. Despite some visual imperfections, the “New Game+” mode is showcased, proving that it’s a reality.
The modding team‘s achievement is truly remarkable, considering that the unofficial PC port is based on a leaked early build. Sony has not confirmed any plans for a PC release, but by the time they do, this unofficial port may already be stable.
Looking ahead, we hope the modding team can address the remaining visual and graphics issues and implement a standard PC menu with graphics settings. Keyboard and mouse support would also be a welcome addition.
