Check out the latest update for Cyberpunk 2077 – patch 2.11! In addition to fixing bugs, the developers have introduced an exciting new feature: the ability to paint your car on the go.
Unlike other games, where car customization is typically done in a garage, CD Projekt Red has integrated this feature seamlessly into the game world. The technology for changing the car’s color on the fly is attributed to the in-game company Rayfield, making it exclusive to Rayfield vehicles.
Rayfield, a fictional vehicle manufacturer in the Cyberpunk universe, offers only three vehicles – Aerondight, Caliburn, and Excalibur – on which the new CrystalCoat paint can be applied. The patch notes suggest that this feature may expand to other manufacturers in future updates.
Interestingly, if the car sustains heavy damage, the CrystalCoat will cease to function, adding a realistic touch to the game’s technology.
Cyberpunk 2077 goes beyond simple car customization, emphasizing the integration of technology into the game’s world. Learn more about this exciting update here.
