Cisco has officially launched its business-grade video conferencing solution for Apple’s Vision Pro, joining Zoom and Microsoft Teams. The announcement was made at Cisco Live in Amsterdam, and the app is now available.
Jeetu Patel, Cisco executive vice president and general manager, security and collaboration, compared the launch of Vision Pro to the original Mac, stating that it has the potential to reinvent personal electronics and collaboration with spatial computing.

Patel believes Vision Pro has the potential to disrupt how we work, particularly in industries such as manufacturing, retail, and healthcare.
Webex for Apple Vision Pro provides a full Webex experience, allowing users to join meetings, arrange participants into video frames, and create shared content windows using Apple’s pinch-and-drag gestures. It also includes Apple’s visionOS Persona feature, enabling others to see a digital representation of you in Webex while you’re wearing Vision Pro.
Cisco has also introduced genAI Assistant features, including automatic meeting and vidcast summaries and automatic translation, now available to all Webex Suite and Contact Center customers.
Apple has been working closely with key collaboration business partners such as Cisco, Microsoft, and Zoom, indicating a focus on the enterprise as a key opportunity for the device.
