Insider Gaming ⁢reports that a group of hackers, whose ‍identity remains unknown, has successfully​ breached the servers ‌of Void Interactive. This breach occurred shortly after the release of their ‌tactical⁣ shooter game, ​Ready or Not, from early‍ access.

Fortunately, no personal information of players or employees was compromised in this cyber attack. However, the hackers managed to steal a massive 4 TB of data, including the entire source code of​ Ready or⁣ Not. Additionally, they obtained game builds for various consoles such as Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and 5, which were likely intended for internal testing and future‍ development.

The breach took place in March, resulting ‍in the ⁢theft of 2.1 ​million files. The hackers are now ‍demanding a ransom from Void ⁢Interactive, although the company has not issued an official statement regarding this incident as reported⁣ by the media.
