Exciting news from Apple this fall! According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman in the Power On newsletter, we can expect new MacBook Pro models, a redesigned Mac mini, the M4 iMac, and a fresh iPad mini before the month ends. The release date is set for November 1 for some of these products.
Gurman hints at both low- and high-end 14-inch MacBook Pro models with M4 chips, as well as a 16-inch high-end version. The upcoming M4 Mac mini might be significantly smaller than its predecessors, possibly losing USB-A ports in favor of a more compact design akin to an Apple TV box. Looking ahead to early 2025, Gurman anticipates more releases including M4 MacBook Air models in 13-inch and 15-inch sizes, along with updates to the iPhone SE and iPad Air.
