Microsoft has completed the acquisition of Activision Blizzard, resulting in the departure of Activision Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick and other high-ranking executives. Kotick will continue in his position until the end of 2023, reporting to Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer for a smooth transition. Kotick will receive a severance package of $400 million upon his departure.

The Company and members of any committee or subcommittee of the Board of Directors, as well as Keith R. Dalliver and Benjamin O. Orndorff, who were directors of Merger Sub, have become directors.”
