On New Year’s Day, Israeli airstrikes in Gaza resulted in the tragic deaths of 26 Palestinians, including innocent children. The heavy rain caused flooding in makeshift shelters for displaced people across the Strip.
The attacks took place in various locations such as Jabalia, Bureij refugee camp, Gaza City, and Khan Younis.
