Capcom is set to remove three games from Steam in the upcoming month. These titles include the futuristic action game Dark Void developed by Airtight Games, the classic platformer Dark Void Zero by Other Ocean Interactive, and the engaging puzzle game Flock by Proper Games.
Flock, which debuted in 2009, predates the Dark Void series. Until May 8th, players can purchase these games at discounted prices before they are delisted.
Players who acquire the games before the removal date will still be able to enjoy them in the future, provided their PC operating systems can support the games. This information is displayed on each game’s page.
While it remains uncertain if these games will be removed from other digital platforms, Dark Void and Flock are currently available at reduced rates on Xbox.
Capcom recently raised its profit forecast for the year following strong sales of both new and existing titles in the past 12 months leading up to March 31, 2024.
One of the standout successes for Capcom is the performance of their latest $70 game, Dragon’s Dogma 2, which has already sold over 2.5 million copies since its launch last month.
