Fans of old sports games are constantly uploading new rosters, but the latest update for NBA Jam 2010 takes it to the next level by adding so much new content that it feels like an entirely new game.
The 2010 version of NBA Jam featured polygonal player models, updated visuals, and smooth gameplay. In 2011, it received an updated release with NBA Jam: On Fire, which included HD graphics and an expanded roster. The mod we’re discussing today is built on this latter version.
NBA JAM: Legends On Fire Edition is now available and completely transforms the 2011 release. It includes new rosters, uniforms, player heads, team logos, arenas, sneakers, and authentic accessories. Players will even wear compression and shooting sleeves in the game if they wear them in real life. Additionally, there are new arena backgrounds and a new campaign. The original “road trip” has been edited and joined by historical scenarios that can be relived in a 2v2 setting.
