In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, every Shrine provides players with an opportunity to increase Link’s health or stamina. One such Shrine is Ishodag Shrine, which challenges players to solve puzzles related to objects that create wind.
To find Ishodag Shrine, players need to head west of Lookout Landing Skyview Tower, to the top of a rocky hill near the Castle Town Ruins of Central Hyrule. However, since the Shrine is located far up the hill, players may need to upgrade their stamina by visiting other Shrines before attempting to reach Ishodag.
The challenge at Ishodag Shrine, called A Windy Device, involves fans that players find scattered around. In the first room, players need to manipulate a fan using Ultrahand to create an airflow that takes them up to a ledge. From there, players need to cross a large body of water using another fan and a wooden platform. They can attach the fan to the platform using Ultrahand and use the airflow to push themselves across the water.
On the opposite side of the water, players can find a chest on a platform facing toward the ground, with two fans lying nearby. To get the chest, players need to attach one of the fans to the left side of the platform, with the airway facing the wall to the left. This will cause the platform to be pushed up to lay on a ledge when the airflow is made, letting players set up the second fan to reach the chest, which contains an Opal.
