Developers from Naughty Dog and Iron Galaxy have announced the release of update 1.1.2 for the PC version of The Last of Us Part I, a third-person action game. This update addresses issues with visual effects and user interactions. Installing this patch will result in a complete reconstruction of shaders.
The update includes the following improvements and fixes:
– Enhanced blending of landscape and ground effects in the surrounding environment, such as dirt and trash, throughout the entire game.
– Various translation errors in the game, menu, and dialogue have been resolved.
– Fixed an issue where the adaptive resistance of the DualSense wireless controller trigger would cease to function if the “Triangle” button was held down while aiming.
– [Outskirts] Fixed an issue where the spotlight speed would increase when playing at a high frame rate.
– [Bus Depot] Resolved a camera shake problem that could occur when crossing the bus.
– [Adventures in the Mall] Fixed a physics issue with the mannequin head that could obstruct player movement when launching the game at a high frame rate.
