Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth offers an array of challenges, puzzles, and collectibles, and one of the highlights in the city of Costa del Sol is the Queen’s Blood mini-game. This exciting event culminates in a Companion Card for Cloud and various rewards, making it a worthwhile endeavor. The Companion Cards are essential for obtaining vacation-themed outfits, such as swimsuits, for Cloud. Additionally, the Queen’s Blood event features the Gold Saucer Mini-Game alongside the Card Carnival mini-game.
Conquering each level of the Card Carnival will yield additional cards for your deck, including the Tonberry King. Each round presents its own unique strategy and requires flawless execution. Players must employ strategic gameplay and maximize the potential of each card to progress to the next level. With its myriad challenges, the Queen’s Blood Card Carnival in Costa Del Sol is not to be underestimated.
The Card Carnival puzzle is part of a series of games within the Queen’s Blood event in Costa Del Sol. While the Queen’s Blood mini-game has been featured in previous chapters of Rebirth, the Card Carnival version introduces a twist – players no longer face off against an opponent. Instead, they must strategically play their hand to emerge victorious, as their opponent’s cards have already been played.
As highlighted in a video by PowerPyx on YouTube, upon arriving at the Card Carnival, players will engage in three rounds with Regina by their side. After completing the initial three rounds, additional levels will unlock, but players will have to wait until Chapter 12 to complete all the levels. The small dock where the game can be played is located on the eastern side of Costa Del Sol.
During this round, the board will be set with three enemy cards in the back column. Players are provided with three cards: a Zu, Fleetwing, and Quetzalcoatl. Given that two of these cards require a space with two pawns to be played, players have limited options for their first move.
