Fighting
- A Russian missile attack on Ukraine’s central city of Dnipro left at least eight people injured, including a one-month-old baby.
- Andriy Yermak, the Ukrainian president’s chief of staff, praised the United States for allowing Kyiv to use Western weapons against Russia, stating it would weaken Russia’s border areas and enhance Ukraine’s defense in Kharkiv.
