Intuitive Machines’ lunar lander successfully launched on Thursday and captured stunning images of Earth before heading to the moon. The company shared the first batch of images from the IM-1 mission, showing Earth and the Nova-C lander, nicknamed Odysseus, along with the SpaceX Falcon 9 second stage falling away in the distance after separation.

Odysseus is scheduled to land on the moon on February 22, and the mission is proceeding smoothly.
