During a daring mission in Gaza, the military successfully rescued four hostages held by Palestinian Hamas militants following an attack on Israel on October 7, 2023. One of the freed captives is Andrey Kozlov, a 27-year-old Russian, as confirmed by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
Aside from Andrey Kozlov, the Israeli troops also liberated Noa Argamani (25), Almog Meir (21), and Shlomi Ziv (40). All four hostages were promptly transported to Chaim Sheba Medical Center in Tel HaShomer, where they are currently being cared for and are reported to be in stable condition.
