Reels and recommendations take center stage in Facebook’s revamped video tab


Facebook​ is giving its ‌in-app video hub a⁢ makeover,⁣ taking‌ inspiration from Instagram.⁤ The updates will bring Reels’ editing⁣ tools to all Facebook videos ⁢and‌ introduce a new “Explore”​ section to ⁢showcase trending clips and other recommendations.

The section, previously⁣ known⁢ as “Facebook ​Watch,” will now ‍be ⁢called “Video.” ⁣It will ‍feature short-form clips like‍ Reels,⁢ live ‌videos,⁤ and longer content, and will remain at the top of ⁢the⁣ Facebook app.
