The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom features some of the toughest bosses in all of Hyrule. With eleven different enemies to defeat, players will need to prepare for success. Not all bosses are created equally, however, and knowing which battles are easier or more challenging can make all the difference.
Warning: The following article contains spoilers for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Compared to its prequel, Breath of the Wild, Tears of the Kingdom is overall more difficult. With more capable enemies, challenging puzzles, and vertical disasters in the sky, players will need to face death at every turn while fighting every boss.
Fortunately, Sludge Like is the easiest boss in TOTK. As long as players avoid its sludge attacks, beating Sludge Like will be a breeze, since it has a low health bar that can be whittled down in just a few cycles.
Marbled Gohma is another one of the easier bosses in the game. Defeating this spidery fiend is a classic case of repeatedly striking the enemy’s weak spot – the glowing orange eye – until it eventually dies. Combined with the help of Yunobo and his charged attacks, it’s not too tall of a task.
Moragia, the living rock that bursts out from inside Death Mountain, is technically the prelude to the Marbled Gohma fight – but it can actually be a tad trickier to overcome. The boss doesn’t have much health, and it’ll crumble after just a handful of charged abilities from Yunobo, but Link will need to navigate the air with a Zonai Glider throughout the length of the battle.
Knowing which bosses are easier or more challenging can help players prepare for success in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
